Mithril Security is a deeptech cybersecurity startup providing secure software solutions to make AI more privacy friendly. Our mission is to develop secure data analysis solutions.

The company was founded by 3 friends in 2021. We raised our seed round (over 1m€) last summer after being accelerated by UC Berkeley and HEC Paris. Today, our passionate team of 17 people is based at WeWork Avenue de France in Paris. Job Description

As a Lead Marketing Designer, you'll manage our community, our freelance designers, and you'll have a role in our marketing strategy, notably related to tracking our KPIs and optimizing our SEO. You'll work closely with the COO, our sales team and other departments to create compelling and engaging visual content, develop our online presence and achieve our business goals.

Role and mission  : 

  • Manage and coordinate freelance designers, supervising projects, ensuring the quality of work, and meeting deadlines.

  • Previous experience as a designer and/or in a similar marketing design role.

  • Excellent command of graphic design tools

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including visuals to accompany our blog posts, enhance our website, and participate in creating various presentations. 

  • Optimize the SEO of our website and blog by implementing internal and external linking strategies.

  • Monitor KPIs related to marketing and prospecting activities, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

  • Manage and animate our online communities, feeding our discord channels, engaging in conversations, and developing relationships with our audience.

  • Collaborate with the business team to establish relevant roadmaps and effective communication strategies.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong project management and team coordination skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices in search-engine-optimized content.

  • Analytical skills to track and interpret marketing KPIs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, while being an excellent collaborator.
